If you haven`t heard of this Anime/Manga and you haven`t seen it yet. Give it a try, We believe that you`ll enjoy it a lot. The author is Shiori Teshirogi, and it was based off of other similar anime`s at the time. They said that the manga had it`s chapters published by Akita Shoten in the Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine. It was very successful.
